How to Use Shared Note
Shared Note is a feature under testing. Please note that we cannot guarantee the data.
Please use it in your classes and send us your feedback!
Create A New Shared Note
▼After selecting the "Shared Noteds" tab, select "New Shared Notes" to create.
For Web version, please select "Shared Notes" when "Create New Note".
Notes: Students cannot create Shared Notes.

Notes: Individual settings take precedence over the settings for all members.
When you want to share only with a specific teacher or student
Change the batch settings for teachers and students to "Not Shared" and add the teachers and students you wish to share from "Add", specifying their selection and permissions.

If you have changed the permissions individually, please select the permissions from the ▼ button to the right of the name after adding.

Caution
The only teacher accounts that can be shared are those participating in "Add Subjects" and "Other Teacher's Subjects".
When you want to check or change members or permissions after creation
Please check or change the icon in the upper right corner of the note screen as shown below.
